As our National Controller – Contract Logistics, you'll be more than a numbers expert — you’ll be a trusted advisor, controlling business performance and helping to shape the future of our Contract Logistic operations in Romania.

Your Role

As the National Controller for Contract Logistics (CL) you will act as a strategic business and finance partner to Contract Ligistic Division, ensuring the financial integrity and operational performance of the Contract Logistics division at national level. You will be responsible for business and financial control, risk mitigation, performance analysis, and supporting strategic decisions that drive business growth and profitability.

Your Responsibilities

Contribute and ensure smooth
- end closing activities to ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition to Contract Logistic Division.

Ensure the integrity and quality of monthly business and financial results and reporting.

Monitor compliance with internal operational and financial procedures (credit control, billing, purchasing, accruals, for CL division.

Collaborate with CL operational teams but also with other BUs to ensure accurate reporting of KPIs (P&L, headcount, space utilization, .

Support local sites with financial and operational matters, including
- hoc projects.

Visiting and auditing each CL site in the country for all operational and financial matters at least once in a year and any time additional required;

Prepare forecasts and consolidated financial analyses in collaboration with site managers of CL and national leadership.

Monitor investment budgets and conduct
- investment evaluations for CL division.

Track business performance in terms of productivity, volumes, costs, and budget variances.

Identify and mitigate operational risks, especially related to warehouse safety and compliance.

Analyze financial KPIs and profitability at customer and operational levels.

Prepare Business Investment Applications (BIA) and Purchase Investment Applications (PIA) for CL division.

Translate financial data into actionable insights for both financial and
- financial stakeholders.

Participate in contract preparation and negotiations with new Contract Logistics clients.

Your Skills and Experiences

University degree in Logistics, Finance , or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Contract Logistic business & controlling, ideally within
- transportation or a multinational environment, mandatory.

Strong analytical and
- solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
