Key Responsibilities
- Developing the commercial strategy for the food &
- trade channel; - Expanding the customer base and increasing brand presence in the market;
- Managing relationships with strategic distributors and wholesalers;
- Delivering volume and revenue targets;
- Implementing marketing plans at the point of sale;
- Monitoring KPIs through SFA software and optimizing field execution;
- Coordinating, developing, and motivating the national sales team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles (food / Ho
Re
Ca / distribution); - Strong customer network and experience in channel development;
- Excellent leadership, influencing, communication, and
- driven skills; - University degree; fluent English; advanced MS Office proficiency;
