London-based hedge fund, is seeking a highly experienced . NET Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of its
- generation Treasury platform. This role will play a key part in shaping the system architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring the robustness, scalability, and performance of
- critical trading and treasury components.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience architecting. NET-based solutions in capital markets environments, with strong knowledge of trade flows, order management, and integration with Front Office and risk platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the

- end architecture for the Treasury platform using modern. NET technologies and distributed systems design.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and senior developers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Drive best practices across software engineering, including design patterns, microservices, security, performance, and cloud deployment.
Lead the design and implementation of integration points with upstream/downstream systems including OMS, EMS, pricing engines, and compliance modules.
Conduct architecture and code reviews, and ensure alignment with enterprise and industry standards.
Mentor development teams and support delivery using Agile methodologies.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in. NET architecture roles within capital markets, hedge funds, or investment banking.
Expert in C#/. NET Framework and. NET Core, microservices, multithreaded programming, and Real Time distributed systems.
Strong understanding of treasury operations, Fixed Income, FX, and derivatives workflows.
Solid experience with SQL Server, messaging (eg, Rabbit
MQ, Service Bus), and APIs (REST/FIX).
Experience with cloud-native architecture, preferably on Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Service Bus).
Familiarity with order management systems (eg, Think
Folio, Aladdin, Portware, Fidessa).
Hands-on experience implementing regulatory and compliance frameworks (eg, Mi
FID II, UMR, BCBS).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with business users and technical teams.
Exposure to Dev
Ops practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code).
Previous involvement in modernising Legacy trading platforms or building greenfield systems in a hedge fund environment.
