Suite Logistics Analyst

This role is ideal for someone who understands logistics processes inside a global organization and can translate operational needs into efficient Net
Suite solutions across Sales, Inventory and Fulfillment.

Role Overview

As a Net
Suite Logistics Analyst, you will act as the primary point of contact for all Net
Suite
- related matters. You will collaborate with international teams, support
-
- day operations, troubleshoot functional issues, and drive continuous improvement across logistics workflows. A key part of the role involves managing integrations with
- party systems (WMS, 3PL, EDI, couriers) and supporting process optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main support partner for Net
  Suite logistics processes in a global environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Sales Orders, Inventory Management and Fulfillment.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to design and implement new Net
  Suite solutions.
• Maintain and enhance Net
  Suite integrations with external systems (WMS, 3PL, EDI, courier platforms, etc. ).
• Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications for system improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance and smooth process flow in logistics operations.
• Deliver training, documentation and onboarding for
  - users on new functionalities.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Net
  Suite Analyst or in a similar functional role.
• Strong knowledge of Net
  Suite Sales, Inventory and Fulfillment modules.
• Hands-on experience with Net
  Suite integrations and
  - party interfaces.
• Solid understanding of logistics processes in international companies (order-to-cash, inventory control, fulfillment).
• Ability to manage support tickets, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in
  - cultural teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Suite
  Script, workflows or customizations.
• Familiarity with EDI processes and 3PL/WMS systems.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects within ERP environments.
