Job role

As an Occupational Safety and Health Specialist at Allianz Technology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, health, and
- being of our employees. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive safety programs and initiatives that align with legal regulations and company standards. Your expertise will contribute to fostering a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.

What you will do

1. Conduct prevention and protection activities to ensure the implementation of necessary measures for workplace safety and health.

2. Manage safety resources by establishing essential material and technical means for employee security and health, including managing protective equipment and resources necessary for safe activity.

3. Maintain safety signage by creating and keeping safety and health signage according to regulations at all work points.

4. Train and inform workers in the field of occupational safety and health to ensure compliance with legal norms and foster a
- established safety culture within the organization.

5. Verify compliance with legal provisions regarding occupational safety and health through periodic inspections and audits, identifying risks and recommending necessary corrective measures.

6. Coordinate communication and wellness initiatives to ensure alignment with company standards and facilitate constant information regarding health, safety, and
- being.

7. Organize training sessions for employees designated in safety responsibility positions, such as first responders and fire evacuation officers, ensuring proper preparation for effective response in emergency situations.

8. Monitor compliance and regular reporting for all safety and health aspects, ensuring that all objectives and reporting obligations are met on time and that regulations are respected.

9. Support wellness programs and provide a point of contact for employees to support their overall
- being, collaborating with human resources and communication departments to integrate health benefits into organizational policies.

You have

1. Higher education diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or a higher education diploma along with certificates or diplomas from mandatory courses in Occupational Safety and Health lasting at least 80 hours, plus a postgraduate program in the field lasting at least 180 hours.

2. At least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position.

3. Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, as well as safety legislation and standards in Romania, necessary for compliance and safety.

4. Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety programs.

5. Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal

6. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Power
Point)
