Description and Requirements

This position will be responsible for completing performance analysis and insights into our HCS & AI global offerings. enable the offering management and offering performance management team with data insights to support our goal of exceeding our sales targets.

The Offering Performance Insights Analyst will be responsible for the regular analysis of the overall offering portfolio by region and by market, as well as monitoring individual offering performance. The successful candidate will partner closely with our internal Offering Performance Managers to build tailored performance analysis & stakeholder views, flag opportunities for growth or improvement, as well as prepare regular and adhoc executive/stakeholder presentations.

This role involves creative analytical experience with the ability to prepare data views, charts, insights, with the ability to drill down to explain performance using the necessary levels of data.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide business insights for strategic executive business reviews and prepare business performance presentations for various executive & stakeholder interlocks

Analyze offering performance to understand key performance drivers and gaps; identify areas for improvement with
- oriented insights

Support Offering Performance Managers on business analysis of performance, new offering and existing program effectiveness, as well as assisting with evaluating ROI

Requests for new sales operations insights as needed as portfolio evolves

Work with HCS & AI business ops & Sales Operations to align D365 Offering Hierarchy with portfolio reporting requirements

Gather and document tool business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear and concise functional specifications.

Use of your analysis & recommendations to support teams to build improvement strategies

Build and provide our Finance & Regional Sales leaders with 1-5 year offering growth guidance, projections & plans based on existing performance, growth opportunity, & hardware forecasting

Cross business and team collaboration to drive execution and best practices sharing

Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

7+ years of business management, business analysis and strategy experience

Expert Power
Point, Excel, and Data Management Skills

Expert Power BI & Automation Capabilities

Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, with a focus on service offerings.

Proven experience building strategy & action plans based on data supported insights

Strong communication, presentation, and business relationship building skills

Strong executive presence and comfort dealing with senior management

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Experience working with global teams across cultural and time differences

Fluent in English, both written and verbal
