- oriented, and passionate about creating a smooth and professional office environment? We are looking for an Office Assistant based in Bucharest to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to the HR, IT, and other support teams.What are we looking for
- - teams="true">Advanced level of English and Romanian
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office assistant role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with HR systems is considered an advantage
- Availability to work

Your responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage the reception area in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and messages
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general inquiries
- Maintain and order office supplies; coordinate repairs and facility needs
- Support meeting logistics and prepare rooms as needed
- Organize travel arrangements for employees (transport, accommodation, etc. )
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal events
- Administer access badges for employees and visitors; support office security procedures
- Collect, archive, and maintain employee documentation and records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (welcome kits, badge returns, etc. )
- Act as a liaison between employees and the HR team on routine matters
