equipment, snacks), send and receive packages, administer invoices Help organize the office layout/environment, arrange internal and external events (e. g.

team building, employer branding) Recruitment activity such as candidate search for various roles, organizing interviews, following up with candidates and similar Provide administrative support to the global HR department, such as administrate new employees with HR software, issue new contracts as well as regular
- ins with the existing team Other tasks tied to office administration, HR and recruitment Requirements: 3+ years of experience of a similar role in tech companies  Ability to work independently and proactively Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience from a fast paced and highly dynamic work environment such as a startup is a big plus Fluent in Romanian Highly proficient in English Located in Bucharest Benefits: International work environment and work with global development teams; Compensation package matching global standards; Flexible work hours (as required); Paid parking, courses, training, conferences and business trips.
