Our client is a Central European group of investors developing a network of clinics through a
- based model with doctors and leading healthcare institutions. The aim is to raise service quality and professional standards across the industry.
The newly appointed CEO in Romania is hiring an Office Manager to act as his right hand in coordinating the company’s growing activities.
Role Overview
The Office Manager will provide administrative and organizational support to the Country GM while helping expand a network of veterinary clinics in Romania. The role also involves representing the GM in relation to employees and collaborators when required.
Work Model: Onsite 9:00–18:00 (1h lunch). Flexible start/end times possible when duties allow remote work.
Team:
Reporting to: Country GM (experienced corporate and entrepreneurial leader)
HQ Size: Currently 3 people, expected to remain up to 5–6
Clinics: 10 acquired so far, targeting 20 by end of 2025

Candidate Profile
Attributes:

Strict Requirements:
2–3 years’ experience in a similar role (Executive/Personal Assistant mandatory)
Strong English, both written and spoken
Skilled in MS Office (Word, Power
Point, Excel basics)
Proven ability to manage tasks under pressure and prioritize effectively
Experience with inbox management and meeting coordination
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments for the GM
Draft and follow up on reports, emails, and notes
Support GM with administrative and communication tasks
Manage travel vouchers and expenses for HQ staff (max. 5–6 employees)
Oversee office operations, purchases, and budget administration
Onboard new hires and support HR-related activities
Provide support to visitors and external requests
Produce
- hoc internal reports
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 8, 000–10, 000 RON net
