On this occasion, our client is an international organization operating within the natural health and life sciences sector, currently strengthening its corporate presence and operational efficiency in Eastern Europe.
We are seeking an Office Manager to join their Romanian team, responsible for ensuring the smooth

- day running of office operations, supporting administrative and HR processes, and acting as a key liaison between local teams and headquarters. 
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring an efficient, organized, and professional working environment.
- Manage administrative and logistical activities, including office supplies, facilities maintenance, correspondence, and vendor relations.
- Support HR-related processes such as onboarding, attendance management, training coordination, and employee communications.
- Act as a point of contact between local teams and headquarters for administrative, accounting, and compliance matters.
- Assist with budget monitoring, invoices, and purchase orders in collaboration with the Finance Department.
- Organize meetings, events, and business travel for local staff and visiting managers.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with IT, maintenance, and external service providers to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
- Support communication flow across departments and foster a positive office culture aligned with company values.
- Contribute to process improvements to increase operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in office management, administration, or operations support roles. Experience in multinational or life sciences environments is an advantage.
- Languages: Romanian required; English necessary
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and
 - solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
- Discretion, reliability, and strong sense of ownership.
