On-Site German Support Specialist (Sofia, Bulgaria)
This is a job opening for an energetic, German-fluent professional to join a team on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves becoming the primary support expert for a sophisticated all-in-one digital platform that is transforming how people manage business and leisure travel.

Core Responsibilities
As the main support person for our German-speaking clients, you will:
- Serve as the Exclusive German Contact: Handle all traveler and corporate client questions only in German across multiple channels: phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve Technical and Usage Issues: Assist users with navigation, setup, and troubleshooting any technical or usage problems related to the travel platform and management tools.
- Ensure Travel Runs Smoothly: Quickly diagnose and resolve issues with bookings, itineraries, and technical glitches to guarantee excellent client satisfaction.
- Maintain Records: Accurately log every customer interaction and its resolution in the internal system.
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Language Proficiency: You need native or
 - native German fluency (C2 level) and strong professional English skills (B2 level).
- Location: This is a mandatory
 - site role at the office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Legal Status: You must possess a valid EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship, a Refugee Card, or a Residency Card valid for more than one year. The company cannot offer sponsorship for Work Permits or Blue Cards.
The company will provide all necessary IT and office equipment.
Schedule and Benefits
Work Hours
You will work a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule. This includes an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Monday through Sunday) on a rotational basis, with two rotating days off each week.
