We are a leading Pan-European customer that is urgently seeking multiple experienced Open
Text ECM Consultants to support the rapid rollout of SAP Success
Factors as part of a major HR transformation programme.

In this role, you'll lead the configuration and integration of Open
Text Extended ECM with SAP Success
Factors, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient document management across HR functions. You'll work closely with HR, IT, and project teams to deliver a seamless user experience and support change management activities.

We're looking for someone with
- on experience in Open
Text x
ECM, ideally within SAP environments, and a solid understanding of content life cycle, metadata, and compliance. Success
Factors experience is a strong advantage, as is prior work in
- paced or retail settings.

Fully remote, freelance opportunity.
