A Snapshot of Your Day

Support of Accounts Payables process, clarification of invoices with internal and external partners including closing activities. In addition, being a reliable partner in improvement and automation/digitalization projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will support our partners from procurement, business and supplier to clarify open invoices, , unclear payment conditions, payment blocks and Workflows.

You are responsible of the monitoring and processing of intercompany clearing activities including creation of requests to clarify open items for internal IC accounts.

You will be the first point of contact for the project managers on all accounts payable issues. Here, you will meet various requests, which will enable you to continuously expand your accounting experience.

For the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, you will carry out various bookings and evaluations, which will be included in the data presented to the management. Furthermore, you are responsible for the posting of the
- off of liabilities as well as reporting for major differences.

In addition, you are responsible for the evaluation of
- term liabilities as well as the evaluation of overdue liabilities. You will contribute to the smooth running of the financial statements through timely postings.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for the clarification of Good Receipts Accounts, aligning and clarifying with Business and post, if necessary agreed items under consideration of ICFR requirements. You can deepen your knowledge of individual projects and their commercial processes.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field

Proficiency with spreadsheets, data bases and financial software applications (SAP preferably) 

Reporting and communication skills

Understanding of the financial system and institutions

Excellent English skills, in best case also German

Ability to learn fast, managing large sources & amount of information
