Role Purpose
The primary purpose is to deliver
- add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner. 
Be the Point of Contact for internal business partners, external procurement partners and
- party providers, responding to queries as per the agreed resolution times, working with onshore functions to ensure optimal use of Operational Procurement & Client Service Desk systems and capabilities. 
Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Consultant to join the Procurement Operations & Client Service Desk team. The Consultant needs to be a dynamic, highly
- focused individual with proven experience within Procurement Operations & Client Service Desk. 
Main responsibilities will include:
Working with onshore functions to ensure optimal use of Operational Procurement & Client Service Desk systems and capabilities.
Overall accountability for:
- party providers in line with agreed SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, including response and resolution times
- boarding, catalogue management / maintenance, other master data management / maintenance, help desk queries (voice and written), PR/PO processing and assistance etc. )
- house process excellence resources), end user education, P2P platform
- out / expansion / enhancement (including data / gap analysis, testing, end user training and change management)
Requirements
Now would be a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
