Job Description
This role will coordinate and execute the customer orders in accordance with their requirements, based on PSA BDP Ethics and Procedures.
Main responsibilities:
• Maintain communication with the customers via phone, email, chat, or in person, providing information about our services, policies and assist customers with their shipments. • Update customer records to ensure accuracy and compliance with PSA BDP policies. • System & Data Management & Document interactions in relationship with customers and service providers. • Duty to inform and advise the customer on the formalities of international movement of their shipments • Duty to communicate the information of the files in charge to his hierarchical manager • Create SOP’s when require to support the offshoring process. • Handle complaints and resolve problems efficiently and professionally, find solutions in due time and suitable manner. Escalate complex cases to supervisors or specialized departments when needed. • Collaborate with other departments (e. g. , sales, finance) to resolve various issues. • Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns or system inefficiencies. • Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on products and procedures. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty. • Contribute to improving customer experience through suggestions and insights. Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements ∙ ∙2-3 years of experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation or Degree in Logistics ∙Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications. ∙Good communication skills in Romanian and English.- Informații detaliate despre oferta de muncă
