The purpose of the Operations Manageris:

The Operations Manager role dedicated to Merchant Services aims to provide support, planning and operational functions for the Business Unit, including business process analysis, operational measurement, budget planning, forecasting, program management, and process improvement. This role ensures
- functional alignment on strategic and operating plans, working across business unit functions and with other organizations to achieve organizational goals.

A typical day at ACI for an Operations Manageris:

Coordinate and align Operational activities within the Business Unit and
- functionally as needed in support of strategic and operating plans

Ensure appropriate plans are in place to establish, meet and exceed the strategic objectives of the Business Unit as outlined in the operating plan

Manage strategic initiatives for the Business Unit, as required to support ACI's
- and
- term plans

Improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of the Business Unit’s goal, specifically, supporting better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning

Produce analytical operational performance dashboards for regional stakeholders.

Review performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Provide revenue forecast, manage service backlog, minimize risk, track budgets, expenses and oversee project finance.

Drive accurate forecast and financial analysis for the assigned region.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed to succeed in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience;

3 - 5 years’ experience in operations including experience in process; management, process metrics, and project/program/portfolio management;

Experience with Salesforce and Jira application;

Experience with Oracle application;

Strong Microsoft Office skills;

Strong Analytical skills;

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for this role:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;

Ability to work with people from different functional areas and at varying levels;

Technical expertise in measurement and numerical analysis; financial modeling;

Ability to design and leverage
- based systems that provide managers with the tools to organize, evaluate and efficiently manage departments within a business function or market segment;

Ability to assess organizational learning needs and design/deliver programs and curricula;

Ability to manage the effect of new business processes and changes to organizational structure;

Ability to identify and solve problems;

Ability to explain difficult concepts;

Ability to follow up – know when to follow up and how to follow up in an appropriate manner;

Openness to change;

Strong desire to continuously identify ways to improve and/or simplify the operation of the business;

Willing to perform detailed, operational tasks as required by the business function or market segment;

Knowledge and skills of processes used by the various business functions;

Knowledge and skills of specific tools used by the various business functions.
