About the Role

Construction Site Resources coordinate a range of technicians dedicated to building offshore wind farms globally. The technicians are based in Romania and work globally either
- or offshore on a rotational basis. The role of the Operations Manager is to remotely lead, mentor and manage the technicians from the back office. Occasional travel is required to visit the technicians on global project locations, meet with the technicians in person and to attend annual manager conferences. The following highlights some of the responsibilities that are carried out as part of this varied role. This role is for the functional responsibility of the Romanian high voltage technicians.
