- end="455">Key Responsibilities:

- end="579">Manage and supervise daily operational activities ensuring smooth delivery of services to drivers, couriers, and clients;

- end="696">Develop and execute strategies to improve driver engagement, increase retention rates, and meet financial targets;

- end="813">Use data analytics to monitor operations and inform
- making aligned with market trends and business goals;

- end="927">Collaborate with
- functional teams and headquarters to ensure alignment and support expansion initiatives;

- end="1069">Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, managing expectations and resolving operational challenges;

- end="1155">Lead, motivate, and develop the local operations team to achieve performance goals;

- end="1236">Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

- end="1329">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field;

- end="1491">Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within gig economy,
- hailing, delivery, or logistics industries in a tech/app environment;

- end="1570">Proven ability to scale operations and improve efficiency and profitability;
