About this Role:
We are seeking a proactive and communicative individual to join our Network Operations Centre (NOC) as a 1st Line Network Support Technician. This role is essential to maintaining service continuity across Vodafone Operating Companies by managing
- line support activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and escalating network faults, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication with internal teams and suppliers.
