We are looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud Developer to design, maintain and optimize integrations between Oracle HCM and our enterprise applications. The role involves building and supporting scalable interface flows, managing OCI infrastructure and ensuring seamless data exchange across systems while working in an agile environment.

Working method: Hybrid (2 days/week at the office)

Contract details: Freelance

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybernetics, or equivalent.

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development.

• Strong expertise in:

  • REST and SOAP APIs

  • Orchestration and transformation of interfaces

  • OIC
    - built adapters

  • File-based Data Import/Export (FBDI) and HCM Data Loader (HDL)

• Development experience with VBCS or Oracle APEX.

• Solid knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation.

• Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP).

• Ability to configure OIC connections (SOAP, REST, FTP).

• Skilled in error handling, monitoring, and fault resolution within integration flows.

• Good understanding of the IT project lifecycle.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of Oracle HCM functional modules.

• Experience with OCI infrastructure administration and security audits.

• Exposure to Fin
  Ops practices for cloud cost optimization.

• Experience in large enterprise or financial services environments.
