If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Monitor and verify customer invoices, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal group rules
• Check and reconcile AR (Accounts Receivable) transactions in the accounting system
• Ensure alignment between delivery, invoicing, and payment collection
• Track and approve debit notes received from customers and support continuous improvement of
  - related processes
• Perform monthly reconciliation of customer accounts
• Monitor due invoices and ensure timely payments are collected
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of invoices and supporting documentation (EDI, mail, or customer portals)
• Prepare financial reports required by the finance department and management
• Actively participate in monthly and yearly closing activities

and if you have/are:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of applicable financial legislation
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Energetic, sociable, and determined personality with strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
