By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest.

How you’ll make an impact:

Manage customer expectations and perform collection activities via email and phone, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Reconcile client accounts and keep financial records up to date.

Manage the assigned customer portfolio within agreed credit terms and limits.

Provide information on customers’ creditworthiness to internal teams when required.

Record payment agreements, conduct daily
- ups, and reinstate accounts once payments are received.

Skills that make your work successful:

Minimum B2 level in French and English (both written and spoken).

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

At least 1 year of experience in Finance, or you are a junior candidate eager to learn from our professionals.

Bachelor’s degree (in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred).

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

A team player, proactive and reliable.

Able to handle urgent matters and adapt to changing priorities.
