- established history in various domains. As part of this project, your role as Order to Cash Officer will be to build and
- manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs. Job requirements: Administrating customer relationship; Managing incoming requests/orders and the backlog; Billing process management; Ensuring correct sending of the customer invoices to the correct recipient, according to procedure agreed with Client; Posting bank statement in SAP for client entity code; Clearing cash incoming against customer invoices; Reporting client related and bad debt provision calculation. Candidates profile: Advanced level of English and German; Basic domain knowledge (financial supply chain and logistics); Independent MS Office user (especially Excel); Customer service oriented; Previous work experience, preferably in SAP (SD/MM module), Logistics, Supply chain, Order Management or Customer relations management is an advantage; Experience in International trading, Fiscal policies, Tax structure is an advantage.
