PACO Support Engineer
Role Summary
Specializes is supporting and resolving customers encountering problems using company's products such as concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. Reports new or recurring problems to design departments.Key Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Should be able to work on independently on the Packet Core Network to solve the Customer issues.
- Should be able to work independently with R&D and ST to deliver solution for Customer issues.
- Should be willing to travel as per the business requirements.
- Should have strong troubleshooting skills.
- Should possess good Communication skills and should be able to drive solutions at customer places.
Job Requirements
Expertise in Support of Packet Core Nodes (one or many) –
MME SAEGW/SGW/PGW e
PDG v
EPC (v
MME, v
EPG, v
SAPC, ) PCRF/HSS/PCF/UDM
- Should have end to end understanding of the Packet Core Solutions.
- Should have deep knowledge of 4G call flows, and overall understanding of latest technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, Vo
Wi
Fi, Io
T etc.
- Should understand the Cloud environment and understanding of how EPC solutions can be deployed over cloud.
- Should have knowledge / sound understanding of RHOS / Docker/Containers/Kubernetes over Dell / HP
- Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
- Should be able to work on Linux based systems.
