Luxoft is looking for a talented and
- driven performance marketing specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for driving PPC campaigns and overseeing PPC vendors.



You will closely collaborate with other corporate marketing functions and marketing leads on business side.

Responsibilities

1. Planning, executing, and reporting on PPC and paid social advertising across a range of digital channels: Linked
In, Meta, Youtube, Google, etc).

2. Overseeing and managing the work of PPC vendors.

3. Co-owning and tracking KPIs and campaign metrics together with key stakeholders.

4. Owning processes, tools and internal benchmarks for PPC practice in the department.

5. Working closely with other marketing functions on creating campaign content, identifying target audience, improving lead journey, etc.

6. Analyzing trends and making
- driven decisions on optimization, budgeting and placements.

7. Monitoring campaign budgets.

8. Running single campaign tracker and schedule that provides
- level overview on all paid campaigns divided by channels.

Skills

Must have

5+ years of proven experience in paid campaigns for mentioned channels (portfolio with relevant case studies is a strong plus)

Deep understanding of marketing funnel and lead behavior in B2B

Advanced level of English

Perfect communicational and presentation skills

Self-driven, high attention to detail and responsibility in
- making

Experience in data analysis and reporting

Nice to have

Experience in the IT outsourcing industry

Great experience with configuring data tracking and analytics tools.

Passion for digital ecosystems and marketing industry trends
