What your day will look like
The partner management team supports Thinkproject being sustainable and grow scalable by building an enabled and consistent partners ecosystem
The partner enablement manager will support the partner team to equip selected Thinkproject partners with the training, resources, and support needed to successfully position, sell, and deliver our Thinkproject platform projects.
The Partner Enablement manager is the primary point of contact for partner enablement, providing guidance, support, and ongoing communication to ensure partner engagement and satisfaction.
Main responsibilities
Strategy Definition: Define the enablement strategy, its scope and objectives.
Capability Assessment: Assess current partner capabilities, and needs to define the partner enablement journey/plan.
Training Delivery: Design, organize, and deliver training programs (sessions, workshops, webinars and other learning event) to strengthen partner’s skills in product knowledge, sales, and implementation.
Resource Deployment: Deploy resources, tools, and training materials and ensure product knowledge transfer.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (services, sales,
- sales, product, marketing) to ensure alignment and consistency of enablement initiatives with strategic priorities.
Strategy Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback.
Programme Optimisation: Continuously optimize the program based on insights and changing needs
What you need to fulfill the role
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in enablement or
- sales role within the software industry (Saa
S, cloud, software vendor)
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful enablement programs,
- Strong strategic thinking and
- solving abilities, with the capacity to identify gaps and
opportunities to improve partner performance
- Excellent communication, facilitation, training, and project management skills.
- Ability to work
- functionally with multidisciplinary teams and influence without direct authority.
- This position requires a strong technical appetite.
- Analytical mindset, strong listening skills,
- oriented, and comfortable in a
- paced,
- growth environment.
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written); a third language like French or German is plus
- The role involves regular travel throughout Europe and the MENA region
- Reporting Line Partner team / Service Department
- Location Position based in Europe with occasional travel to partner sites.
