Are you
- oriented, analytical, and passionate about accuracy in payroll and HR data? Join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and reliable HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, in compliance with local legislation.
- Maintain and update HR databases.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR departments to align payroll data with internal processes.
- Prepare monthly reports and
- related metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc. ). - Support audits and ensure data compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
- Identify areas for improvement in payroll and HR data management processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR admin/data roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and local labor/tax legislation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with HRIS or SAP Success
Factors is a plus. - High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
