What you’ll build
In this role, you will:

- end execution of the payroll outsourcing project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in alignment with global standards.

- local process harmonization, balancing standardization with compliance to local regulations.

Your work will directly support the evolution of global payroll operations, supporting strategic business priorities and employee experience.

Work Experience
- scale payroll or HR outsourcing projects (multi-country/global scope strongly preferred).
Demonstrated experience in governance frameworks, vendor management, and compliance oversight.
Experience leading
- functional teams across geographies, cultures, and time zones.
Prior involvement in payroll outsourcing, payroll transformation, or HR shared services
- up is highly desirable.
Strong background in change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement
