Workstyle: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH) Scope of the role:
This role is responsible for managing payroll for over 1, 000 retail employees across 50+ locations and 20+ office staff, working closely with an external payroll provider and a local team of two in Bucharest. It reports to the Payroll Manager and involves regular collaboration with location management, local colleagues, and global payroll teams through weekly virtual meetings and annual
- person gatherings.
