Role Purpose

The Health Services Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling integrated health, safety, and wellbeing strategies across the entire Romania fostering a
- centric work environment. This position partners with
- functional stakeholders - P&C teams, Facilities, Safety & Security, Legal, Leadership Teams and the Global Health, Safety & Well-Being team - to embed health & safety as core elements of the employee experience and organizational success. It also plays a critical role in advancing the RUN HEALTHY framework and local legal principles throughout Romania to prevent, early detect and minimize
- related productivity loss while complying with legal requirements and organizational policies.
