How will you make an impact?
We are looking for a People Technology Analyst – Functional to join our team, specializing in Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Reporting. This role will play a critical part in optimizing HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling strategic
- making through analytics and reporting.
Key elements of the role include:
Workday Functional Support
Provide subject matter expertise in Workday HCM and Absence modules.
Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, and organizational structures.
Support HR operations by resolving functional issues and advising on best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement functional enhancements.
Reporting and Analytics
Develop and maintain custom and standard reports in Workday.
Partner with People Analytics to deliver insights through dashboards and visualizations
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools.
Support
- hoc reporting needs for HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
Data Management
Maintain data integrity across HR systems through audits and validations
Support mass data uploads and corrections using EIBs and other tools.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other business units to ensure alignment on system usage and data needs.
Provide training and documentation for HR users on system functionality and reporting.
Governance and Compliance
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e. g. , GDPR, HIPAA).
Participate in audits and risk assessments related to HR data and systems.
Maintain documentation for functional configurations and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles, with a focus on Workday HCM and Absence.
Strong understanding of Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports).
Experience with data management and analytics platforms (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau).

Experience supporting global HR operations and

Familiarity with Workday security and business process frameworks.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
Project management experience or certification (e. g. , Agile, PMP).
