Soft team backlog, ensuring it remains current with prioritized user stories, bug fixes, and enhancement requests. This includes refining and clarifying requirements for the development team.
Skills and Qualifications:
Soft certification is a strong advantage
Soft Business Analyst or Business Super-User is highly desirable
