We are seeking a positive, motivated,
- working and responsible person to join our team based in Bucharest.

What you will be doing:

Facilitating Communication: Acts as the main liaison between Partners and various departments, ensuring smooth information flow and coordination across teams. Helps manage inquiries, requests.

Administrative Support: Provides comprehensive support by drafting official documents, preparing presentations, and maintaining attendance records for the Partners. Ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all materials.

Schedule & Time Management: Handles the Partner’s agenda, coordinating meetings, appointments, and deadlines to optimize efficiency. Proactively prevents scheduling conflicts and ensures smooth daily operations.

Correspondence Management: Oversees emails, letters, and messages, ensuring timely responses and proper
- ups while maintaining structured records of interactions.

Event Participation: Represents the Partner(s) at events, providing assistance, networking support, or coordinating logistics when required.

Meeting Coordination: Plans and organizes meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, logistics management, and minutes documentation for effective
- up.

Task Ownership: Demonstrates a strong understanding of responsibilities, proactively managing projects, deadlines, and priorities with minimal supervision to maintain operational excellence.

We need from you:

Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position is a plus.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels.

Very organized person.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Communicative, team worker,
- oriented attitude.

Sense of responsibility and attention to details.

University degree.

A good level of English.
