What you'll be getting up to:

• Working across a number of business areas providing development, maintenance and support.
• Work on projects that directly impact key business metrics.
• Improve web application performance.
• Recommend ways to improve the building, testing, and deployment processes for the
  - end as well as
  - end stack.
• Create interaction models, user task flows, screen designs, and UI details that promote ease of use and optimise task flows.
• Participate in
  - ups and grooming sessions with your colleague engineers and product team.
• Translate impulses, ideas, concepts into feasible but innovative output.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Help identify probable causes and provide immediate solution during an incident.
• Work within an agile environment.
• Contribute significant ideas for making the applications better and easier to use.
• Contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organisation to execution and delivery to solve complex,
  - world engineering problems.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related technical field.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Full Stack (or at least Backend) development using modern Backend frameworks (Symfony/Laravel/Code
  Igniter) and Frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue,  React).
• Strong grasp of established and emerging technologies, systems, platforms and software.
• Ability to work within a team in a fast pace
  - oriented environment.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e. g. , responsiveness) with a keen eye for
  - level detail in UI.
• Demonstrable UI/UX decision skills for
  - based UI and knowledge of UI/UX design principles and industry standards.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high quality enterprise solutions over multiple product lifecycles.
• Proven track record in building high performance, highly available and scalable systems
• Excellent command of the English language - written & spoken.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Collaborative team player.
• Highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise across multiple projects.
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira.

Skills and Technical Experience:

• Experience with PHP and Angular.
• Experience with databases such as My
  SQL, Firebase or similar.
• Experience with Git (Gitlab) and version control workflows.
• Strong HTML & CSS skills, with bonus points for experience with animation,
  knowledge of approaches to scalable/modular CSS, &
  - processors such
  as SCSS & LESS.
• Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software
  architecture.
• Familiarity with
  - side build processes & tools such as Grunt, Gulp,
  Webpack, Ember CLI etc.
• Experience in
  - threading, message queues, Web
  Socket.
• Experience with automation of the development and test processes
  through CI/CD pipeline (Sonar
  Qube, Artifactory, Docker containers).
• Keen eye for spotting code defects, improvements and the ability to
• provide constructive feedback via Code Reviews
