You will be involved in implementing innovative technologies to engineer Platform services, container orchestration technologies as well as CI/CD automation.

We will count on you to:

Read, understand and write Golang code in complex codebases

Design, write and maintain YAML definitions for deploying Kubernetes apps with Argo
CD

Design, write and maintain YAML manifests for deploying infrastructure with Crossplane

Maintain docker image integrity, fixing vulnerabilities as they arrive, creating new versions etc

Build & maintain code build & release pipelines in Git
Hub actions

Read/write Python and Node
JS for occasional scripting tasks

Provide support escalation capability, troubleshooting issues with running applications as they arise

Automate, write code, and build pipelines, working hand in hand with Software Engineering teams on automating deployments and integrations to Paa
S services.  

Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for Senior MMC Leadership, Project Managers, Software and Engineering teams, to navigate the constantly changing technology landscape and identify appropriate tactical and strategic solutions to deliver
- service, automated cloud, and
- based application environments.  

Deploy and support Kubernetes and related technology stacks.  

Engineer and implement new technology solutions, on premise and in public cloud.  

Obtain and maintain an
- depth understanding of cloud native technology to ensure all appropriate options are considered to support business initiatives.  

Participate in
- call rota to provide 24*7 support

What you need to have: 

Subject matter expert for Kubernetes as well as one or more of the following technologies: JFrog Artifactory, Hashi
Corp Vault, Komodor, Tigera Calico Enterprise, AWS EKS, Azure AKS, CASTAI 

Additional skills; Apigee, Terraform, Crossplane, Java
Script, Node. js, Angular
JS, Git
Hub, Azure Dev
Ops, Python, Go, API development, CI/CD pipelines, Git
Ops/Argo
CD, Docker, Linux, Bash, Windows, . NET core, Anthos, Datadog, Dremio.

Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI public cloud; development and architecture.  

Experience with REST APIs to support integration of infrastructure, cloud, and platform as a service technology.  

Knowledge of web, security, and networking protocols, public cloud solution architecture experience.  

Critical thinking - be able to take a problem, research and provide solution proposals

Delivery - be able to deliver your solution proposals managing all aspects e. g. build, deployment, communication
