Your new role and environment.

As Platform Engineer you will focus on the development and maintenance of our Graph
QL platform. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Graph
QL APIs and Platform technology, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities of your role.

• Design and develop Graph
  QL APIs using Type
  Script and Node. js.
• Contribute to shared Graph
  QL libraries, servers, mono repo and deployment pipelines using Turborepo, Github and Github Actions.
• Operate and maintain our platform using Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm charts, Prometheus, Grafana and Ops
  Genie.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to define API/Platform requirements and specifications.
• Optimize existing APIs for performance and scalability.
• Implement best practices for API security and data management.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Provide standby support for the Graph
  QL platform, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Explore and integrate Rust based technology into the platform for
  - critical components.

Requirements.

We think you’ll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:

• Proficient in Type
  Script and Node. js.
• Experience creating applications/Helm charts for Kubernetes.
• Experience operating production environments using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Experience with mono repos is a plus.
• Experience with Graph
  QL and API design principles.
• Familiarity with Rust and/or Kotlin is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Excellent
  - solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
