Platform Specialist
Your day to day:
• Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing digital platforms to support operations and improve user experience.
• Contributes to enhancing platform functionalities, integrating
- party applications, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with various departments to meet business requirements.
• Transforms the organization's business needs into a technical solution that will create a product or service, a strategic advantage, and financial efficiency.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
• Configuring and managing the platform, including user permissions, workflows, data structures, and integrations according to platform requirements. Implementing, documenting, and maintaining configuration standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Monitoring and improving platform performance by adjusting settings, diagnosing and resolving issues, and implementing best practices.
• Periodic auditing of configurations to maintain data accuracy, system reliability, and alignment with business objectives. Integrating
- party tools and services to extend platform functionality, enhance
- friendliness, and support evolving business needs.
• Customizing platform features as needed to adapt new functionalities or changes in business processes.
• Collaborating with quality assurance teams to develop testing scenarios and participate in platform testing.
• Documenting configurations, customizations, and any updates for audit purposes and ease of reference.
• Providing training or guidance to users and support teams on new functionalities, updates, or best practices.
• Collaborating closely with project teams (IT, operations, customer support) to understand and efficiently implement business requirements.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
• Good knowledge of databases and information systems
• Experience in integration and working knowledge of APIs, scripting, or database management.
• Good project management skills Experience in integrated information systems
• 2 years of experience in Information Technology Preferably 1 year of experience in roles similar to that of a software system engineer Abstract, conceptual, innovative thinking,

• Good communication skills Decision-making ability and influencing the
