Utilities One is looking for an Operations Program Manager to join our
- growing company in developing projects across United States.
We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for the overall delivery of OSP Construction & Engineering.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the reporting and monitoring of the company’s

- end construction model by leveraging established processes, systems, and tracking tools to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. - Develop and maintain project reporting dashboards, tracking key milestones (Engineering through Construction), deliverables, and financial progress to provide leadership with clear visibility into project status.
- Identify, document, and escalate project roadblocks (permits, materials, redesign/changes, locates, resource availability) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
- Partner with Field Directors and OPMs to ensure resources and schedules align with customer build programs.
- Support construction teams by providing structured reporting and tracking for FTTH Builds (MSO/LEC), ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including milestone completion, redlines, invoicing processes (submission, tracking, and remittance), and maintain accurate records for financial and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with the Director, OPMs, PMO Manager, and other stakeholders to establish, track, and update Build Plans of Record (PORs) for customers across regional projects.
- Deliver regular reports and presentations to leadership and clients, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations for process improvement.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of overall Telecommunications Experience (preferably);
- At least 1-2 years of Project Management Experience.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and tracking;
- Proficiency in MS Suite, Smartsheet, Google docs;
- Strong English language communication and writing skills;
- Ability to put together strategies to resolve roadblocks and to execute organizational initiatives and plans.
- Ability to work creatively and collaboratively with others to deliver projects on time and per technical standards.
Work schedule:
- Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
