As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and manage

Key Responsibilities
- Moderate and evaluate
- generated content in Polish to ensure it meets community standards. - Classify content accurately based on established moderation policies.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams.
- Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to refine moderation strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes.
- Remain updated on company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate moderation decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
- Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
