The SOP-IT (Service Operational Processes) program ensures the stable operation of IT systems within a major automotive group and aims to maximize the availability and performance of
- critical applications.

Aligned with ITIL standards, the program covers nine key work packages focusing on reporting, process management, automation, operational handover, and documentation.

The REP (Reporting) work package is responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) reports and dashboards that provide transparency on service quality, stability, and performance across the organization. These reports also track Business-Critical Applications (BCAL) at group level a strategically important area for senior management visibility.

We are looking for an experienced Power BI & Power Automate Expert who will take technical and functional ownership of reporting activities within the REP work package. The ideal candidate has strong
- on expertise in Power BI and Power Automate, with the ability to independently design, develop, and optimize
- critical reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for management and business stakeholders.

• Integrate and model data from various sources (SQL Server, Excel, Share
  Point, Azure, REST APIs).

• Collaborate with process and service owners to define and refine business requirements.

• Implement automation workflows in Power Automate (data refresh, notifications, approvals, and distribution).

• Contribute to the design of new report formats, including KPI dashboards,
  - hoc analyses, and executive summaries.

• Optimize existing reports for content quality, visualization, performance, and usability.

• Ensure timely delivery of reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and alignment with management expectations.

• Maintain clear documentation, technical guidelines, and contribute to
  - sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven
  - on experience in developing and maintaining Power BI solutions in enterprise environments.

• Strong command of DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling best practices.

• Experience integrating multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, Share
  Point, and REST APIs.

• Solid experience with Power Automate and creating automated reporting workflows.

• Ability to work with large and complex datasets and optimize performance.

• Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable, technical reporting solutions.

• High attention to detail, especially in visualization quality and user experience.

• Structured, analytical, and
  - driven approach to work.

• Fluency in German (project language) and good command of English.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Power BI Co-Pilot, Agents, or AI-driven reporting features.

• Knowledge of Azure Data Services (e. g. , Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).

• Experience working in agile or Dev
  Ops environments.

• Experience with automated report generation and distribution (PPT, PDF, email workflows).
