Job role
The Protection & Resilience (P&R) Expert (with a focus on Business Continuity and Crisis Management) supports the governance, implementation, and adherence to both internal and external regulations within the Business Continuity and Crisis Management domains. Additionally, this role involves active participation in managing incidents that impact business continuity, as needed.
What you will do
- -Offer a unique mix of consultancy & operational services for Business Continuity and Crisis Management offered to clients globally
- Maintain an overview of all P&R activities being performed, and ensure related activities are being harmonized to prevent silos and work towards common goals
- Prepare Protection & Resilience documentations, reports and analysis
- Support in the development of Protection & Resilience awareness materials among the customer’s employees and on top level management
- Support the implementation of the controls and process requirements specifics to Business Continuity and Crisis Management
- Maintain key performance indicators and key risk indicators for all P&R domains
- Analyze deviations from the Group standard of the BCM and CM requirements
- Ensure collaboration and communication between the converging P&R domains (IC, PSM, BCM, CM etc. )
What you bring
- University degree
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Protection & Resilience domains ideally in the financial / insurance industry
- Ideally holder of recognized qualification and certification in BCM
- Experience in conducting relevant workshops and training
