What You Bring to the Table

• 3–5 years of proven experience in a PR agency environment
• Excellent writing skills — from press releases and advertorials to interviews, articles, Q&As, and long-form stories
• Strong understanding of the Romanian media landscape across business, lifestyle, tech, retail, and FMCG
• Experience in planning and implementing media campaigns — from PR blitzes to tactical paid media placements
• Project management experience, including Excel fluency and campaign tracking
• Strong negotiation and media buying skills
• Capable of writing communication and PR strategies in PowerPoint format
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive, independent work style

What You’ll Be Doing

• Content creation: Write press releases, advertorials, Q&As, and media kits tailored to brand tone and audience
• Media relations: Pitch stories, build strong press relationships, and follow up with confidence
• Campaign execution: Implement paid media projects, media partnerships, and PR blitzes
• Small event management: Coordinate and execute press events and media moments with precision
• Strategic thinking: Draft communication strategies and plans that connect brand goals with PR tactics
• Reporting & coordination: Monitor coverage, analyze performance, and create clear client-facing reports
• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in account management, social media, graphic design, copywriting, strategy, etc.
