We are recruiting on behalf of our partner for an experienced Presales Manager to lead and develop a
- performing presales team, combining technical expertise with strategic business acumen.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for coordinating all presales activities, from solution design and proposal preparation to vendor management and client engagement. Acting as both a technical advisor and a strategic enabler, you will ensure the delivery of innovative, scalable, and
- focused solutions that align with business objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of presales engineers and solution consultants to ensure consistent delivery excellence and professional growth.

Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the presales organization.
Technical Consultancy

Oversee the preparation of proposals, tenders, and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.

Provide technical validation for complex solution designs and support the sales process through demos, workshops, and

- concept initiatives.
Solution Architecture

Define and validate robust, scalable, and
- effective IT architectures that integrate seamlessly within customer environments. -
Ensure all proposed solutions align with the clients strategic objectives and the companys solution portfolio.
Project Coordination

Manage all presales project activities including defining deliverables, coordinating inputs, and consolidating vendor quotations to ensure timely and
- quality submissions.
Vendor & Partner Management

Maintain and enhance relationships with key technology partners and distributors.

Oversee certification programs, monitor compliance with vendor standards, and ensure access to the latest technologies and partnership benefits.
Market Awareness & Innovation

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor roadmaps.

Translate insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen the companys competitive advantage and expand its solution offerings.
Training & Knowledge Sharing

Develop and deliver internal and external training programs to enhance technical and product knowledge.

Encourage a culture of
- practice sharing and continuous improvement within the presales function.
Customer Engagement

Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients at both technical and business levels.

Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring solutions address customer challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Process Excellence

Enforce compliance with company standards for presales processes, documentation, and reporting.

Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and KPI tracking across all presales activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Education
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in presales, solution consultancy, or technical sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.

Proven success in leading presales or solution architecture initiatives across multiple clients or sectors.
Technical Expertise

Strong experience designing and validating complex IT infrastructure and solution architectures (compute, storage, networking, virtualization, data protection).

Hands-on familiarity with leading vendors such as Dell, HPE, IBM, Lenovo, VMware, or Veeam.

Ability to translate business and operational requirements into optimized technical solutions.
Certifications

Relevant presales or technical certifications from major technology vendors (e. g. , Dell, HPE, VMware, Veeam) are a strong advantage.
