Job Description

• Leading technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers
• Designing scalable solutions using our API, webhooks, and integrations
• Supporting the sales cycle with demos, documentation, and expert insight
• Building internal tools or prototypes that illustrate product capabilities
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer needs and feature requests
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to Solutions Engineers and other
  - facing team members

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar technical
  - facing roles
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead role with strong
  - level expertise
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and Saa
  S integrations
• Proficiency in web technologies (Java
  Script, REST, Graph
  QL, etc. )
• Solid
  - on experience with Vue. js and Type
  Script
• Experience with
  - sales engagements and collaborating with account teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a
  - paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience in a startup or
  - up Saa
  S environment
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc. )
• Experience contributing to technical content or internal tooling
