Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Principal Product Owner to join our dynamic Digital Factory team at Luxembourg. In this role, you will analyze, develop, support, and maintain applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure the application performs as expected in the production environment, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Technology Alignment: Develop a clear product vision and strategy that integrates advanced technology solutions to meet business and market needs. Ensure products leverage the latest in software development, AI, and data analytics.
- Bridge the gap between business and technology: Act as a bridge between technical teams and
- technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements between business and development teams. Work closely with developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure a cohesive product strategy. - Backlog and Technical Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing the needs of stakeholders and customers while maintaining technical integrity of the product. Utilizing technical skills to ensure solutions are feasible and scalable.
- Collaborate for impact: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. and ensure product requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Collaborating with stakeholders for requirements gathering.
- Leadership: Mentor and support junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement translating business needs into product requirements.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree or Ph
D in a relevant field is a strong plus. - At least 2-3 years of experience in product development in the financial services sector (AML), with a proven track record of successful product launches in
- driven environments. - Analytical and project management skills, deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid Technical skills and solid experience in
- based development, preferably Azure. - Strategic thinker with a
- centric approach,
- oriented, and capable of thriving in a
- paced and dynamic environment. - Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in German/French would be an added advantage.
