RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure product quality.
• Lead and coordinate product relocation projects, including planning, risk assessment, and execution.
• Develop and implement process control strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Production) to ensure seamless integration of relocated products.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for
  - related issues.
• Contribute to FMEA and Control Plan development
• Train the operators for process and
  - specific requirements.
• Support commissioning and validation of new or relocated equipment and processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e. g. , Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (materials science, mechanical).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive/aerospace industry.
• Experience with product relocation or technology transfer projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of metallurgical processes such as casting, forging, heat treatment, or surface treatment is considered an advantage.
• Experience in continuous improvement of processes.
• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance.
• Proficiency in process simulation tools and data analysis.
• Excellent
  - solving, project management, and communication skills
• Fluent in Romanian and English languages, additional German language knowledge is an advantage.
