Under general direction, performs complex engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks pertaining to the design and development of manufacturing equipment, processes, and tooling. Follows a determined and rigid engineering practice and applies sound engineering principles to deliver optimal manufacturing solutions in guidance with quality/global standards.

Performs project engineering work from design to implementation in accordance with the company’s policies. Researchers, specify, evaluates, recommends and implements new automation, equipment and/or processes, sustains existing processes and equipment by identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities, process, and productivity improvements, provides technical

Exercises judgment and applies defined procedures and criteria in carrying out engineering tasks. Works independently and coordinates
- functionally to accomplish assigned tasks and builds working relationships internally and externally.
