What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and documenting operational processes using ITILv3 and ITILv4 frameworks

Collaborating with stakeholders to align business needs with process architecture

Deploying and integrating new processes within operational squads

Leading training sessions and workshops to onboard teams to new processes

Monitoring implementation phases to resolve bottlenecks and challenges

Reviewing existing processes and implementing continuous improvements

Conducting regular audits to ensure quality, compliance, and process accuracy

Maintaining
-
- date process documentation repositories

Facilitating communication across squads and fostering
- functional alignment

Reporting performance metrics and improvement strategies to senior management

Promoting a culture of process ownership and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring Along

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in process management within IT or operational environments

ITILv3 and/or ITILv4 certification (required)

Proven experience in process design and management, ideally in an IT or operations environment

In-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks and their practical applications

Strong analytical and
- solving abilities

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to train, coach, and influence team members

Proficiency in process mapping/documentation tools (e. g. , Visio, Lucidchart)

Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical working style

Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Passion for continuous improvement and a proactive,
- driven mindset

Natural leadership skills in
- oriented settings

Excellent command of both spoken and written English
