By being part of this team, you will work from Monday, to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid
- up from our office location from Iasi.

How you’ll make an impact:

Solves situations related to policies and holders queries with the help of specific procurement procedures;

Ensures the accuracy of the documents processed according to the norms / objectives set by the direct manager;

Update processes and procedures reflecting the acknowledged changes;

Develops good client relationships and raises in time the risks related to client management / satisfaction; 

Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results;

Proactively performing preventive quality controls and taking corrective actions when errors occur; 

Perform revenue recognition checks as per client policies and procedures.

Skills that make your work successful:

Portuguese
- intermediate (preferably B2-C1);

Strong English written and verbal communication skills;

Bachelor’s
- optional, high school
- mandatory;

Positive, energetic, enthusiastic attitude;

Strong attention to detail;

Skilled use of the Microsoft Office Suite, e. g. Word, Outlook, Power
Point, etc. ;

Ability to apply judgement in high pressure situations with minimal external guidance;

Strong ability to comprehend written communications;

Strong communicator and a great team player.
