Qualifications
- In depth knowledge of Jaggaer procurement platform and its modules
- Knowledge of Enovia PLM platform will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP solutions
- Knowledge of Sharepoint
- Knowledge of Jira will be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Project management

- Video content management
- Training manual creator skills
- Fluent English
Job Responsibilities
- Understand & optimize client sourcing processes
- Support implementation process & change management
- Drive indirect user adoption for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead training for ticketing & Ariba indirect stakeholders
- Lead training for contract+, sourcing+ and SRM + for indirect teams
- Receive and drive customer inquiries to closure
- Support full

- end testing and UAT management for indirect teams - Supplier will be responsible for setting up the training sessions for both the client users and the suppliers
- Review training documents and provide feedback.
- Training will be ongoing as needed by users. There will be approximately 10, 000 – 15, 000 users of the system (sourcing, internal stakeholders and suppliers)
- After launch provide daily help sessions via teams call for sourcing & internal stakeholders in MEASA, Asia, EUR, NAM/LATAM
- After launch provide daily help sessions via Teams call for Suppliers in MEASA, Asia, EUR, NAM/LATAM
- Define and hand over tasks to L2 support team, ensure successful delivery of task
